Digital Products

In principle, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, because our setups and data packages are digital content delivered instantly via download, the applicable statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of conclusion of the contract is, in accordance with § 8 GTC, excluded once you have started downloading, using or benefiting from the product and if you have agreed that we may begin performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

If you encounter technical issues with a file (e.g., corruption or delivery failure), please contact our support team. Refunds will be issued if a verified technical defect prevents access to the content and cannot be resolved by our team. We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement or alternative solution if a defect is verified. Compatibility issues caused by user error or lack of system requirements generally do not qualify for a refund.
